Well, fority years ago an album released fority years ago would have been in the public domain for some time.
Poly's Resnet apperently have some sort of deal with RIAA, MPAA, BSA, Et. Al. to deal with stuff internaly. Which would be in your benefit, except thier standards of evidance seem to concider 12:34:56:78:9A:BC a valid MAC address. Perhaps I should file a PRA request on this 'deal'... Espically as I will be living outside of thier wrath next year.

yes it is because the artist has been...ah...well compensated to some degree for said 40 year ago album and the new released....well..do i have to spell it out for you? but! here is an interesting link, its about a 10 year old about to be interrogated by the Recording industry:
