I believe I found it. Looks like it was a remanent of the individual treasury management -- there was an extra entry being inserted into the database at that point in the sql-setup file. It's interesting; I would have expected one missing, if anything. But I've compared it with my file, which is resetting correctly, so I believe that should be right.

Ah, you know what, I'm betting this is an err on my part:
As I'm recalling, there were still two treasury entries in the database. I instinctively deleted one, then later scrolled down to the to the inserts, and noticed the extra entry -- unmindful that I previously deleted a table entry, and thus thinking that a problem. I'm betting that's what happened.
In any case, aye, it should be working!
