Zephyrus, try sticking most of your resoures in the clan treasury before you hawk scout, then take them out again after you're done.

I did. It was something else which unbuilt everything.
Back. I think.

More land, but you'd better have the resources to back it up.

I thought you ment it was taking a lot of resorces. If you put most of them in the treasury, get enough runes, and hawk scout for 50 turns (25 times) you can get a lot of land with low loss to resorces. (2,000+ land at the NW you have, with little loss; if you have only a couple hundred mil food, and about the same in cash.

Resources are not that badly lost. It's the lack of hawks after scouting.

You lose a lot of hawks? I've never noticed that... Oh sure, I lose some, but never more then 50,000, even when I had a mil NW. Maybe if you have a lot more hawks, the loss is bigger...

Market storing = bad
Clan bank = counter for attacking for food/cash without leaders, makes leaders that much more worthwhile

hawk scout is lucrative enough.

and beatles.. in that sense stockpile is the least of your problems
and (it appears) nobody here has been able to fully "abuse" these features

theres no need to remove it.. anything you fit in there is relatively chump change (imo)
if the stockpile really stores too much just cut the storage size in half
or make being in a clan more dangerous

You're right, of course, it is chump change.
A note: what did you mean by 'least of my problems'? :P

Just a side note... If I understand hawk scouting well enough (I use it a ton so I better...) its not effected by the amount of hawks or huts you have. Hawk scouting is only effected by the amount of land you own... The amount of runes also increases so when I got like 1.7 million land it costed a crapload of runes...

p.s. I'm not 100% possitive on this so please correct me if I'm wrong...
p.s.s. Is costed a word? *laughs*

Er... then what would be the advantage of being pure huts?

I don't pretend to understand your question; but the answer is clear enough: it is good to de-motivate all-hutters, which seem to comprise 90% of promisance-players.

i thot we already covered that land buying is redundant and unnecessary?
and due to what corban described.. hawk scout runes are easier to support with full huts
