Another suggestion here... I've suggested this before now, why not have a button you can click to resurect from the dead if someone kills you, basically you lose say, like 75% or more of all your stuff and start again with 250 land and in protection for maybe 100 turns. I've seen something similar to this somewhere else, it makes life easier than signing back up again...
