Land hogging is something the players have to police, not the code. Market storing was never supposed to be part of the game in the first place. Increasing the reserve just leads to the same problem as market storing, with none of the (minimal) drawbacks that entailed.

The problem THIS set was simply that maging is BEYOND broken, due to a mistake in the strategy "balancing". That's why the mages are able to hoard land - it's really quite ridiculous.

The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, and keep moving.

Hmm, I quite like this idea as opposed to 90% penalty
I still prefer this idea --- maybe it should be posted in the suggestions section, but I won't take credit for someone else's idea.

Well with the current code, a clan of 3 can easily hog all the land by aiding around like Sci ops is doing and just ruin the game. I say just fix the maging strat inbalance.

Well until troop sack is fixed there really isn't much to do with the cash we make except defend. If there was a way to store cash on the accounts without it being certain of being stolen maybe there would be no need for land locking on such a scale. I think the sack fix would also help with your mage problem.
