Unbalanced bazaar

I bring this up again: the bazaar is messed up. On WoA right now the quantities of available T1,2,3 change every run, but t4 only grows. There are now 2.7 million T4 on there, which without scaling is 270 million t4, compared to about 50mil t3, 50mil T2 and 100mil T1. This is completely unbalanced. There have been 2.7 million t4 on there for the last 2 weeks, regardless of how low my land is when I start my run.

Forgive my noobishness but how does the bazaar fill rate work anyway what influences the amount it fills at? is it caused by a players smithies production or by some other means?
I'm not mad just the rest of the world is MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I have no idea what goes into it here. On RWL, your bazaar is affected only by the amount of land you have. All I know is that it is severely unbalanced.

Oh. The scaling for the bazaar hasn't been reduced. Hahaha. Weird.

I thougth it was the 'keeps' that effected the amount of available troops on the bazar and the price of troops.
Guide
Camps allow you to reduce your military expenses by more efficiently housing your units. They will also lower the price of all military units purchased from the black market.

OK so maybe they dont effect the amount replenished after you buy Hmmmm....

But to scale the bazaar T4 down by 100 leave 27k in there, which is still a ridiculously unbalanced number, only the other way. 2.7 mil compared to 50 mil is even more unbalanced than 270 mil to 50 mil.

At most games it's something like this...

Bazaar cap is determined by your land and what % Keeps you have.

Bazaar refill is determined by that, and sometimes Markets.

Bazaar price is determined by Keeps and Markets. Markets make a negligible difference.
