You cannot attack a defenceless warband right I know I have gotten that one before…
Now correct me if I am wrong but isn’t that in the code, if an empire has no troops of any sort are they not defenceless?
Would not your generals refuse or something?
I don’t believe it is so any more, my warband was farmed and I had no troops of any kind……

it depends on how much land you have though... if you hold most of the land with no troops than no1 would be able to attack you... that would be abuse of some bug
