Hmm, something of a point there, though I dunno if that was the case at the beginning of the thing.People need to be playing for a "take over" to take place. I think there was at max 3 other people playing.

well, now Aesir pushed you into a predicament...
1) either you stay with the land you have now and try to break down LF
2) you scout land until he gets back which is what he wants you to do

Can we stop the idiocy about land dropping? When I did it, it was a strategic maneuver. Unnecessary, perhaps, if I had been doing my job right, but it had some benefit. There's no need for random dropping of land, however - not by Freen, not by Arthus.

We had to drop land. Letting them hit back for 400,000 acres would have been counter-productive, you know better than that Rudder. I dropped until the land got more even. We have nothing in terms of long term power. Now we can fight on even ground and win.Ruddertail wrote: Can we stop the idiocy about land dropping? When I did it, it was a strategic maneuver. I'm not mad just the rest of the world is MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Sure it could have been done without land dropping, but it would have taken coordination, which we did not have, except for maybe 2 runs. I think we may have gone a little overboard dropping land, but it's done, LF is taken down, and we can all move on.
