You have to be on top at the end of your run, which I was, your own post shows me with a higher net, lol. You are allowed to drop lower during your run, unless something has changed.

I thought emp was "you have to be top for so many says solid without anyone going above you"

I'm fairly certain we had this discussion for WoA a while back, and it was said that you had to end your run on top. Can an admin say what the rule is?

lmao well i have never heard so much crap how can you be emp if you been top for like 3 days..... i dont even hardly play but that is bit silly.... then again i aint been on in like two years if ya ask me emp is hu wins at end of set or at least 7 days

The end of your run which means when you're out of turns and all, you have to have a net higher than the person in 2nd.

Also, you must hold the top for 10 days in order to claim the Emp Title.

Ok, so what I thought. This is day 4.

And to Gondor: I was claiming EMP when I posted day 3, was just saying thats how many days I have been 1st in a row at the time, I know it is 10 days on top, just making sure there is a record so people don't say I am lying and wasn't on top that many days.

No, you can't drop during your run. I didn't when i did it, once all of you kicked up a fuss about me doing exactly that. Start over lol.
