I try to do a Naval Battle agaisnt a guy wiht no otters in Conquest of Generals, and it says I have been repelled by his defenses. What's with that?

Perhaps he has enough guard towers to repel you?

That's possible. There is no way to find out the number of buildings a person has.

I don' think so, though. He has no hawks, and I can't hawk battle him and win, in fact, my hawks are foiled.

That's related to another bugfix, and is gone.

Perigord and Grumm are still refered to as "her" in the heros section. I belive they are both males.

Um, just thought I'd mention this. You can spy on warbands of the same type (goodbeasts or vermin), but you can't attack them.
