I was hoping we could actually chat about this a bit and work out exactly how things are going to come out. I'm actually not sure if you wanted to go for the whole thing right away, or try to implement a few things right away, and the rest later on.

Either way, I'd say we definately need a test server. When we start the main project - changing up land, troops, magic, and all that, it'll definately need to be brand new. If you're wanting to kick off the main project, I'll try to give you the program for what to code - though I'll warn you, not being a coder, I'm not sure it'll be the most logical order of things in terms of coding it.

I was thinking, what if we added some sort of a research section to the game? You could spend turns on research and unlock things, like improved farming techniques, better weapons (Attack bonuses), etc etc. I'm a fan of high risk, high reward, but also of safe investments.

Thoughts?

IE: This would go into the levels catagory, if that wasn't clear enough. Level up stuff through research.
