races again

As bugs and suggestions are fixed/implemented/rejected, they will be moved in here.

something is wrong with the race info db somehow
game guide doesnt show race stats properly

That's fixed (there was another topic too). There isn't a db anymore, it's in the code. Faster and easier this way.

manage.php.. change race is still using db
