In the Battle for redwall my account was frozen and i had already explained that my brother and i both play this game and that is the reason why there are two accounts from the same IP address. i was wondering if you can unfreeze Red Dynasty Dragon.

Well, there was some contraversy about wether we were going to allow multis, even with good reasons. But that discussion got dropped. Give us a bit, we'll get it sorted out. Sorry about this, but I'm really not sure.

so how long would i have to wait for my account to get unfrozen like we never ever even helped each other or anything so they cant even say we cheated

Well, yes, but you can't prove that. And anyway, just having two accounts is illeagle, even if you don't use them to help each other. And while you say you and your brother both play, and I believe you, you can't prove it. So we have to disscuss the best course of action.

i had made an account before he did and that one got frozen already to my first name was Turtle Dog. then he made an account then i had to make Red Dynasty Dragon so i should keep my account.

The game automaticly disables multis. Please don't double post. And please don't keep arguing. The more you argue, the less we'll be inclined to let you have your account back...

I understand that, and I sympathise with you. You will get your account back in the end, however, you and your brother may end up having to take turns, one plays one round the other plays the next, or one plays BFR and the other plays COG.
