's been enough press about it they might do it this time..
Apple computers have for quite a while (since.. 93ish? 91? give or take) have run on IBM made PowerPC processors..
but now it seems they're going to swap to Intel processors
I've read reports that their computers will beable to run windows, but you wont beable to run the Mac OS on anythin' but a Apple built computer.. which is a rather odd move I think.. surely they'd sell the OS as an alternative to windows, and if people dont have to have special computers to run it, they may be more apt to try it.. Most of the stuff out there is Windows/Mac compatible right now anyways.. 'cept maybe some games.. almost all the hardware is usable in about every OS..

it could be rather nice.. dual boot Mac OS and Windows..
ah well
rather large leap for mac.. hope it makes it..
(noone will buy their new PPC computers once this (if it) is confirmed, 'cause its immediatly outdated hardware)
