For a long time I have thought that the max turns were way too low for COG. So now, I propose that the max turns for COG be upped to 400 and max turns of WOA to 450. This will make things so much easier for the players.

Anyone care to add to this? I'm not even seeing straight since my body is telling me to go to sleep. :*laughs*:

I'd agree. It seems to be insanly slugish, not the turns, but how little you can do in a run... Acording to Nuclear Raunch, it also tips the game unfairly. I quote from Reforming Playing Conditions, Page 6
Max turns: A max of 500 is probably the most balanced in my opinion. More max turns weakens indy strat, and strengthens mages, cashers, and farmers. Fewer turns help indy's and really hurt mages. The other strats get weakened slightly as well.

I'm all for restoring COG turns to their former state, but no higher. As for WOA, upping the turn rate isn't going to make them come any faster. Maybe 400 tops.
It ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!

The turn rate is pretty much fine. Heh, be glad it isn't a 1/10, like Devari wanted... It's max turns that bug me. I don't mind waiting two days for a run if I can get a lot accomplished in that run...
