I suppose the current admins and coders can do everything if they want.
But maybe they aren't dedicated to this.
So I won't be the fool who keeps working on this full-time beside college and a part-time job.

(Perhaps we'll see each other over the summer? Not if I get a job we won't.)
Please get it working at least. Don't leave it like this, with bugs runing wild. If nothing else just put it back with the code you had before you started adding new troop types...

Oh yes I'll keep in touch.
And I'll define 'keeping in touch' for you.
It means verbal advice once a day by forum PM, for now. In the summer, we'll see.
I admit that I am a prostitute of popularity. If this site had 1000+ members (OK, maybe 300 would be enough), I might keep working on it.
Also if we had coders, I'd shunt the easy work to them.
But I'm not gonna have this project, that is mainly my vision at this point, be exclusively done by me, because it's my time, and if I decide I don't have time for the vision, I will be out of it. And if it was only my vision, it will collapse.
If it wasn't just my vision, maybe it won't collapse and I'll return when it's less busy. Mark my words on that.
Also, a lot is still doable if you can convince Vera to stick with you. I had an enlightening conversation with him, so maybe you won't. If you do, more power to you.
And finally, Aus is right, and much as I can say I'm sorry to do this to myself (and a little sorry about doing it to you guys), I'm stopping my work on it until I free up. And that's perfectly reasonable, and in character for me.
The code is pretty near release with all the work I did on it. If status, bounties, scripts and some other things were fixed, it would be at an -incomplete but stable- FaF 1.0. Then the other fun stuff for v2.0.
But I can't see that happening in the near future, and if you can't see it at all - not enough to work on it - then why did you join the staff? And NOTE that I am not talking about (you know who you guys are). I fully know the contribution I can expect from you, and I'm satisfied with all the staff. (Mostly... and you know what I'm talking about, because you persons got PMs from me.) But I wish we had more staff, and staff able to code.
And what more can I say? Even typing this took time. And I doubt, with my current style, that I will be completely understood.
Let's hope, though. And I will privately hope that what I think unlikely - that this project won't die an abrupt death, or at least the staff will try to keep it alive - will happen. Because then I might have something that offers an incentive and familiarity to return to.
Or this project could die, and be deleted in a year, for ever.
I'll try to get everything up and stable. I'll try to administer this game. I'll try to keep this alive.
No promises. But I'll do my dang best.
You're a great group. This is a great project.
It's worth a bit of my time each day.
Please don't change that.

Lotr rocks!
"Two" said Gimli, patting his axe. He had returned to his place on the wall. "Two?" said Legolas. "I have done better, though now I must Grope for lost arrows; all mine are gone. Yet I make my tale twenty at the least. But that is only a few leaves in a forest."
"Twenty-one!" said Gimli. "Good!" said Legolas. " But my count is now two dozen. It has been knife work up here."
"Forty-two, master Legolas!" he cried. "Alas! My axe is notched; the forty-second had an Iron collar on his neck. How is it with you?" "You have passed my score by one," answered Legolas. "But I do not grudge you the game, so glad am I to see you on your legs!"

There hammer on the anvil smote,
There chisel clove, and graver wrote;
There forged was blade, and bound was hilt;
The delver mined, the mason built.
There beryl, pearl, and opal pale,
And metal wrought like fishes' mail,
Buckler and corslet, axe and sword,
And shining spears were laid in hoard.
Good luck at college! By the way, where's the codes at, because I may be able to decipher enough to be of help(or I might at least have the resources to learn to decipher...). Although, much of my time is taken and I am very very busy.0
EDIT: Forgot to say that I would highly doubt that though, but who knows? Miracles do happen!
I shall come upon not but the swiftest of wings and my blade will echo your silence.
