I can't seem to get ANY hawks, I have no clue why! I created a few more huts, hoping to attract them, and even trained for a few turns- but my hawks ALWAYS stay at "+0." How do I get more?

Hawk gain depends on the number of hawks per hut. It's possible that you had such a large amount of hawks compared to your huts that the amount of new huts you built did not lower your ratio enough to cause new hawks to be made.

If you're pretty sure that's not it, could you provide your account # and the server this is on?

You will not gain any Hawks if you already have more than 100 per tower. While we're on the subject if you have more than 175 per tower they will die.
I know the voices in my head arn't real but they usually have some pretty good ideas.
