We of LOW were today forced to kill another player. The warband NFL(#81) launched 178 unprovoked murders on Janglur Swifteye (#93). This being unprovoked, it was a grave enough offense, coupled with a very serious threat, to cause us to slay the perpetrator.

We regret the spilling of blood on this fine WOA server, but we felt, and still feel, it was necessary.

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

I seriously hope that was in jest. Unless he pulls off a near kill run, or 150 plus murders, there's no reason to consider killing him. Smashing him may be in order, but killing, no. Only in the most rare situations. I even had reservations about our kill run, but decided to ok it in the long run.
