I'm leaving, for a while. Promi is just taking up too much of my life. I would have considered trying to scale back, but my style of play requires major devotion.

I may be back sooner, especially if I discover in short order that the stuff I hoped to do with the spare time isn't anything that's going to get done, anyway. Or that I have no life outside of promi. ;)

On the other hand, I may be back later. Maybe not for a couple months - maybe not years. Maybe not not ever, though I certainly hope that's not the case. For one thing, I'd miss people.

Now, one thing I had wondered about, in making plans for my departure, was this war on WOA. I really hope people don't feel like I'm skipping out on them, especially those who joined specifically to help me. But I can't afford to keep a toe in the water, as it is, or phase it out - I'd be pulled right back in in short order.

So, what I'll be doing is this. I'll pass of the stuff in the treasury to one of my people, and disband HH. If you guys want to reform it again, and keep fighting, you're welcome to do so. On the other hand, if you want to go on single, or form another clan, or even leave (though I encourage all to keep playing).

I'd like to congratulate Freen and Sci Ops on their fighting in this war. While I still maintain we could have won, they definately had the upper hand in recent times. A well fought war.

Now, in case there are any speculations, I'm not doing to avoid having to surredner to Freen. We still could have won. At the very least, forced a truce. But my pride isn't that great, that I'd leave FAF, and all of promi, just to save a little face. No, that has nothing to do with my discisian to leave, though I admit it might have been more tempting to stay if we were clobbering them. ;)

And, yeah, I guess that's all, except to say I'll miss you all. Beatles, Devari, Neo, Volkov, Windy, everybody. Even Freen, Nohc, and the guys on the opposite side.

I hope to return to a thriving, growing, FAF. I guess Volkov can take over my job as official admin - prodder, or somebody else can. Maybe Freen. I don't know. Having a few of them wouldn't hurt. But anyway, the best to all. And, if you atheists, diests, Muslims, or anyone with a different faith then mine in the crowd will refrain from being too offended, I say this to all: May God be with you.

Goodbye, Friends.

Seeya Rudder. Sooner rather than later. You'll be back though. FaF is at least as addicting as RWL. Sorry to see you go though. Have fun doing whatever you plan on doing. And no worries, I'll prod them in your absence, though listening might be a problem, seeing as I'm not an Admin like you.

And to SciOps, I was just here to help Rudder, so with him gone, consider my part in the war finished.

The Kraken, which is found primarily in Scandinavian myth, was a huge sea creature. It was said to lie at the bottom of the sea for a long time and then it would rest at the surface....Like the Midgard serpent in the Norse myths, the Kraken was supposed to rise to the surface at the end of the world.

Ruddertail...You have been a valient opponet and I wish you well. Good luck with your new oppritunity and may it serve you well.

As for the war...I propose an armistance. I'd like to personnally conduct a formal talk with Volkov in the near future.

Take care and be safe...and come back!

See ya, Rudder. I'll try to keep the boards sane while you're gone. ^_^
