Brazil played well, and deserved the win. Their defence was surprisingly good, and Dida was great it goal, really. The problem was mainly Ronaldo, or perhaps the complete lack of him. Croatia really surprised me - they may pull off some big upsets, I think! I'm betting they'll beat out Australia to advance, based on the way they played today.

And Brazil had such excellent passing and control in that first half. Actually, they were really good (except for Ronaldo) at the start of the match, but they just disintegrated in the early second half. Then the picked up to hold on for the win.

But, yes, if they want to take home the cup, they'll need to pick up the pace a bit!
