Bug Report: Turns couldn't be used

As bugs and suggestions are fixed/implemented/rejected, they will be moved in here.

I can't use my turns no matter how, whatever I do the turns never get used and I don't get anything out of it. My turns are now full because this bug had been stopping me from using my turns since yesterday. Help required!

The game has been stopped. No more turns can be run until we re-open it. Stick around for more details. Sorry this wasn't announced ingame.
