We no longer have the guidelines. Further, it might be a good idea to add something to the effect of "If you are a new player, you may find it helpful to visit our forums where you can find anything from general strategy guides to personal teachers." And include a forum link.

Also, it'd be kind of nice to get a forum link back on the sidebar somewhere - it's there on the main page, but not once you're logged in.
