Hitting him from 8k land is enough turns to make more that that by much. Going defenceless in CoG is actuall a decent defence from turnrate alone. Now, if you had 10 mil otters, it would be worth considering for someone whose strategy involved the attacking anyways. The guy's bugging me too, but I don't think this will do much. You must realize, the kill is going to take more than one participant.
