Well, if you have Cpanel:
* Go to the Cron page from the main Cpanel menu.
* Choose standard mode.
* Go to a blank entry.
* For command put "php -f /path/to/your/page" (no quotes) (the -f is not necessary but it doesn't hurt) (path is probably /home/username/public_html/whatever/).
* Then choose how frequently you want it to execute (every 10 minutes, every 20, etc.)
