Ooh, so how much does that restore your hearing, Slasher? Yeah, we somehow never found out...

It's more or less the same as it was before, the only difference is if the processor breaks or something and I have to get a new one, I have to get used to it for a while because everything sounds like a robot for the first hour or so... the same thing happens when I go and get it re-mapped (programed) every year to improve on the sound pitch/levels etc.
